The X-Men Turn 50 in 2013
The golden anniversary of Marvel’s band of mutants takes place next year. To commemorate the occasion the various X-titles will have variant covers that will take you back to a time when the franchise wasn’t yet a mainstream Hollywood property. Case in point are the covers to All-New X-Men #6 with the cast of Generation X by Chris Bachalo and X-Factor #250 with every person that’s been on the roster (wearing their late 80s/early 90s uniforms) by Clay Mann.

Darth Vader Tells Disney Characters “I Am Your Father”
Ann Arbor, Michigan animator Gale Williams created an illustrated comic titled Nooooooooo (relating to the recent Disney purchase of Lucasfilm) that follows the Star Wars film villain Darth Vader as he tells various Disney owned characters “I am your father” and receives each of their reactions.
